Had to comment on this one. As you know, (and thank you so much for your continued support), I am not an artist, so cannot comment on the technical skills needed to draw this, only my own interpretations and feelings.
Your ability to capture the human form is very obvious and in this lineart drawing you have managed to convey power and strength, particularly in the arm. The character's face also shows strength and determination, (I, for one, would not like to cross this lady!). I am left wondering why this is an area you have not developed more, as your ability with the human form is quite formidable, I am not sure but think you are young and maybe still finding "your feet"? I would really like to see what you could do with a more true life character drawing, as this drawing shows, to me, an "untapped" more mature look than some of your other art. If I could convey this level of character and feeling, in what appears to me, to be a very few strokes of the pencil, I would not be taking photographs but attending art school!!!
Thank you so much for sharing this and sometimes a little "self-belief" goes a long way!

Yes I am indeed young lol (soon to be seventeen) and I am still trying to find my footing in my drawing styles. I've been attempting to learn how to draw with more 'flow' than 'form' and with more 'fun' than 'fact' so to speak. But for you, he who is so wonderfully polite, I will attempt to complete and post more drawings of the mature look you seem to enjoy. It's not too difficult to do (not bragging, honest I'm not), men more difficult than women, but I find that I lack the ability to make such technical drawings interesting. But I am willing to try.
And since I am in lack of things to draw as of late, I will attempt to make something new for you to see within a few days and hopefully it will be as impressive to you as this piece was.
Thank you as always for your kind words and good manners - Maria
PS: as for your photographs, they are beautiful and i wish i had the ability to take such wonderful pictures as you do.
